The people, the frustration, and the practice sessions that turned into NagmaLive.
NagmaLive was born from a simple need: musicians practicing Indian classical music needed a reliable, high-quality digital companion that could replace the limitations of older electronic tanpura and tabla machines.
What started as a personal project quickly grew into something much bigger. We realized that tabla players and Kathak dancers around the world all shared the same frustration: practicing alone without quality accompaniment.
Our Mission
We're dedicated to preserving and promoting Indian classical music by making practice more accessible, enjoyable, and effective. NagmaLive combines authentic sounds with modern technology to give every musician — from beginner students to seasoned professionals — the tools they need to grow.
